Chickpea-Tuna Veggie Quinoa Bowl

Besides chicken, eggs, vegetarian <i>tempeh</i> and tofu, <b>Chickpea-Tuna Mix</b> has become one of the latest protein add-ons to my salad bowl meals (<i>a.k.</i>a <a href="https://teczcape.blogspot.com/search/label/grain%20bowls">grain bowls</a> or <a href="https://teczcape.blogspot.com/search/label/workout%20meals">workout meals</a>). Veggie Salad, Avocado and Shrimp Bowl 蔬菜虾仁主食沙拉

Then add steamed (already cooled) broccoli and/or cauliflower, pasta, chicken, shrimp. Top with egg,  avocado, apples.
